Ingredients

  • 3 pork sausages
  • vegetable oil
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 cup of milk
  • 1 cup of all-purpose flour
  • salt
  • black pepper

Instructions

  1. Pre heat the oven to 180c / 160 fan or gas mark 4.
  2. Heat the oil in a frying pan, place all 3 sausages into the pan to fry until they have a nice colour to them.
  3. In a bowl add the eggs, milk, flour, salt and pepper. Whisk together until a smooth batter has formed.
  4. Place the sausages and batter mix into the pan or try before popping it into the oven to cook for 10 – 20 minutes until the sausages are fully cooked.
