We’re looking for a real superstar who has already experience of being involved with delivering marketing activity and is digital and social media savvy.
The focus will be driving forward content marketing, online PR and communications activity across all broadcast, digital and social media channels, as well as being engaged with offline marketing activity.

Whereby you will be able to research, develop, create, launch and assess your own ideas and initiatives live into the marketplace, with a level of support that suits.
Community Engagement Executive (West Norfolk, North Norfolk and East Norfolk)
£20,000 – £23,000 pa / pro-rata, Pension, Holidays and Benefits
We’re looking for a really passionate and outgoing person who has experience of being out and about in public, community, professional and people facing roles.
Your experience can come from any sector: private, public, charity or third, it’s who you are as a person that counts for us. Happy, nice, kind, confident and driven to succeed.
Having experience of engaging people, presenting, achieving KPIs, organising and planning are skills that will be highly beneficial in this role.
There are three locations we shall be covering, you may wish to cover one of the areas on a part-time basis or take on a full-time position and reach out across more than one area. We’re flexible and open to this.
Community Engagement Manager (Norwich, Norfolk with travel across the county)
£25,000 – £30,000 pa, Pension, Holidays and Benefits
It’s a wonderful role, combining the management of a small team for Norfolk along with undertaking direct community engagement in the Norwich. The main aim being to promote, raise awareness of and engagement with a refreshed Family Carer Support service in Norfolk: Carers Matter Norfolk.
You will have the autonomy and responsibility for leading a Community Engagement Team, working alongside the Marketing Manager to create necessary promotional and marketing material, online and offline.
Customer Service Manager (Bury St. Edmunds, Suffolk. Plus travel as required)
£25,000 – £30,000pa, Pension, Holidays and Benefits
We’re looking for someone who has a really strong customer service ethic, where providing high level and quality support and information to people is something they take absolute pride in.
This experience can come from any sector, it need not be this one. We value and appreciate the benefits of all experiences. What is key for us in this role, is the person.
If you have the right focus on delivering excellence to customers who make contact via telephone or through digital and social media channels, this will be a role you’ll thrive in.
Customer Service Advisor (Bury St. Edmunds, Suffolk)
£20,000 – £23,000pa, Pension, Holidays and Benefits
You will be part of a highly regarded and valued team who are the ‘front door’ for supporting unpaid family carers in a refreshed service of Carers Matter Norfolk.
Day to day activities include triaging calls from family carers, taking a person-centred approach to ensure all support offered is tailored to meet an individual’s needs through to contact with partnership with voluntary, statutory and community organisations.
