Ingredients:

  • 1 salmon fillet
  • 2 tsp honey
  • Juice of 1/4 lemon
  • Splash of soy sauce
  • 1/2 tsp cayenne chilli pepper

Method:

  1. Place salmon fillet in foil
  2. Top with honey, cayenne chilli pepper, lemon juice & a splash of soy sauce and then wrap the foil over.
  3. Bake at 180 degrees Celsius for 20 minutes.
  4. Serve with rice or noodles and vegetables.
