Prawn Stir Fry

Ingredients
250g prawns
1 onion
1 red pepper
1 yellow pepper
30g babycorn
30g broccoli
30g sugar snap peas
150ml vegetable stock
Soy Sauce
Garlic ginger, cumin & Chilli to taste

 

Method:

  1. Fry prawns & onion in 1 tsp coconut oil. Add red & yellow peppers, baby corn, broccoli & sugar snap peas.
  2. Season with garlic, fresh chillies, ginger & cumin. Add vegetable stock a splash of soy sauce.
  3. Serve with rice noodles.
