- 1 chicken breast
- 2 bacon rashers
- 2 tsp passata
- 2 slices of mozzarella
- Slice open the chicken breast and add the mozzarella slices inside.
- Coat the chicken in tomato passata and wrap the bacon rashers around it.
- Bake for approximately 20 minutes at 200 degrees Celsius.
- Serve with salad & chips.
