|2 Portebello mushrooms|
|30g grated cheese|
|seasonings of choice|
- Place portobello mushrooms in an oven dish and top with a little oil, and grated cheese.
- Cook for 5-10 minutes until the cheese has melted.
- Season to taste with sea salt, black pepper or cayennechilli pepper. Serve with a side salad or as part of a meal.
