Gluten Free Chocolate Brownies

Ingredients:

  • 150g ground almonds
  • 3 tbsp raw cocoa powder
  • Pinch of sea salt
  • 2 tbsp coconut oil
  • 2 eggs
  • 4 tbsp honey
  • Method:
  1. Add 1 tbsp coconut oil to an oven dish and heat oven to 180 degrees Celsius. Combine almonds, cocoa powder and sea salt in a bowl.
  2. In a separate bowl, whisk the eggs, honey & remaining coconut oil.
  3. Combine both mixtures, pour into preheated cake tin – bake for 20 minutes (check with a knife – it should come out clean)
  4. Serve warm with fresh fruit.
