Ingredients |

150g ground almonds |
3 tbsp raw cocoa powder |
pinch of sea salt |
2 tbsp of coconut oil |
2 eggs |
4 tbsp of honey |
Method:
- Add 1 tbsp coconut oil to an oven dish and heat oven to 180 degrees Celsius. Combine almonds, cocoa powder and sea salt in a bowl.
- In a separate bowl, whisk the eggs, honey & remaining coconut oil.
- Combine both mixtures, pour into preheated cake tin – bake for 20 minutes (check with a knife – it should come out clean)
- Serve warm with fresh fruit.
