- 50g butter
- 2-3 tbsp flou
- 300ml milk
- 50g cheddar
- 25g Parmesan
- Add 50g butter to a pan. Melt and add 2-3 tbsp flour and stir continuously to create a paste.
- Gradually add 300ml milk to create a white sauce.
- Season with a pinch of sea salt, black pepper and garlic.
- Add 50g cheddar and 25g Parmesan.
- Grill bacon and chop into chunks, add to the carbonara sauce and add cooked pasta.
- Serve with bread or side salad.
