Pasta Carbonara

Ingredients:

  • 50g butter
  • 2-3 tbsp flou
  • 300ml milk
  • 50g cheddar
  • 25g Parmesan

Method:

  1. Add 50g butter to a pan. Melt and add 2-3 tbsp flour and stir continuously to create a paste.
  2. Gradually add 300ml milk to create a white sauce.
  3. Season with a pinch of sea salt, black pepper and garlic.
  4. Add 50g cheddar and 25g Parmesan.
  5. Grill bacon and chop into chunks, add to the carbonara sauce and add cooked pasta.
  6. Serve with bread or side salad.
