|250g minced beef|
|1 tin kidney beans|
|1 green pepper|
|100ml beef stock|
|Oregano, Basil, garlic & chilli to taste|
- Fry chopped onion with garlic and chillies or chilli powder. Add minced beef, kidney beans, mushrooms & green pepper.
- Once browned add the beef stock, oregano, basil and chopped tomatoes and simmer until the sauce has reduced.
- Serve with rice and grated cheese.
