Fruit & Nut Granola

Vegetarian

Ingredients:

  • 1/3 cup coconut oil
  • 1/3 cup honey
  • 2 cups oats
  • 1 cup flaxseed
  • 30g chopped mixed nuts
  • 30g raisins
  • 2oz 85% dark chocolate chunks

Method:

  1. Combine the coconut oil and honey. Mix in the oats, flaxseed, mixed nuts & raisins.
  2. Bake in the oven on 180 degrees Celsius, turning occasionally.
  3. Add the dark chocolate chunks and leave to cool.
  4. Serve with milk or Greek yogurt and berries. You canuse different nuts, seeds and dried fruit for variation.
