- 1/3 cup coconut oil
- 1/3 cup honey
- 2 cups oats
- 1 cup flaxseed
- 30g chopped mixed nuts
- 30g raisins
- 2oz 85% dark chocolate chunks
- Combine the coconut oil and honey. Mix in the oats, flaxseed, mixed nuts & raisins.
- Bake in the oven on 180 degrees Celsius, turning occasionally.
- Add the dark chocolate chunks and leave to cool.
- Serve with milk or Greek yogurt and berries. You canuse different nuts, seeds and dried fruit for variation.
